  • UGEI is represented in theses certification and evaluation agencies:
    • – Hcéres: (High Council for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education) responsible for the evaluation of higher education and public research. The High Council is responsible for evaluating French and foreign higher education and research institutions, training courses and research teams.
    • – CTI: (Engineering Title Commission) whose mission is more precisely:
      – to analyze any question relating to the training of engineers,
      – to examine the applications for authorization to issue qualifications as a qualified engineer,
      – to organize the periodic evaluation of engineering courses (all courses receive an authorization of a maximum duration of six years renewable after a detailed evaluation organized by the CTI),
      – to decide to carry out an inspection in an establishment in order to check the content and the organizational conditions of the training.
    • – CEFDG: (Commission for the Assessment of Management Training Programs and Diplomas, defining the conditions for issuing the Master’s degree of educational institutions higher level of business and management, as well as the re-evaluation of the diplomas referred to by higher institutions of private business and management. The mission of the CEFDG is:
      – to organize the quality control procedures for higher education and business training in the context of the construction of the European Higher Education Area,
      – to examine the evolution of higher management training in line with the overall system of existing higher education. The qualification to issue the master’s degree is given for a period of max. six years, after examination of the file submitted by the institution.
